The Fleming Law Firm was established by Kyle M. Fleming, CPA, JD. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Southeast Kansas and specifically Pittsburg, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an accounting degree, and obtained his CPA. He then obtained his JD from Washburn University School of Law. He has practiced law in Pittsburg, Kansas since 2000. His unique background in both accounting and law has allowed him to serve as General Counsel for Pittsburg State University, Pitsco, Inc., and CDL Electric. Kyle’s experience in both accounting and the law enables him to provide the best representation to businesses that face a variety of legal and financial situations.

Associate attorney Kaylyn Hite is a Southeast Kansas native and a Pittsburg State University alumna with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She obtained her juris doctorate from Washburn State University School of Law in 2018 and is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
