PRACTICE AREAS
About Kyle Fleming
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 with my accounting degree, I worked for two years with Price Waterhouse LLP in Kansas City. I graduated from Washburn Law School in 2000 and since that time I have served as General Counsel for Pittsburg State University, was a law partner at Wilbert and Towner, P.A., General Counsel for CDL Electric, and served as General Counsel and Controller for Pitsco, Inc. and LEGO Education North America.
I am licensed to practice law in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Although I do not maintain my license as a Certified Public Accountant, I have passed the certified public accounting examination and I use that knowledge and my previous accounting experience to provide my clients with sound business advice. I have had the opportunity to litigate in both federal and state courts in Kansas and have had the opportunity to serve as local counsel for companies that were forced to litigate outside the State of Kansas. I have had the exciting opportunity to work on an international joint venture, dealing with such issues such as international pricing, partner negotiations, contract negotiations and international and domestic compliance issues.
Additionally, I have a sound and busy practice in the areas of family law, adoption, estate planning, probate and criminal law.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and to help you reach success in whatever legal issue you may be facing.
